1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must have been purchased directly from Central Market Grocery Stores Limited.

The item must be returned within 2 days of purchase or delivery.

Perishable goods such as fresh produce, dairy, meat, and bakery items can only be returned if they are damaged, spoiled, or delivered in error. 

The following items cannot be returned:

Products marked as “final sale.”

Items that have been tampered with, used, or partially consumed.

Gift cards and promotional items.
